A Cocktail To Celebrate 2016

Happy New Year to One and All.

Lets hope that you New Year will bring us PEACE and Happiness.

For those that feel adventurous, find below a cocktail to try.

I must confess that I have not tried it myself, but is was a recipe given to me by my Grand Father.

The Cocktail is called: LITTLE DEVIL COCKTAIL. Perhaps its name gives a slight hint to its potency.

The cocktail consists of:

1/6 Lemon Juice

1/6 Cointreau

1/3 Bacardi Rum

1/3 Gin.

Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.

If this cocktail seems too strong for you, why not try GIN FIZZ:

1 teaspoonful of sugar (or clear honey)

The juice of 1 lemon

1 glass (small) of Gin.

Shake well, strain into medium sized glass, and fill with sparkling water to taste.

A fine start to the New Year!
